JPRT 5th school Inaugurated

Jaipur RT 171 & RTI  can be very proud on the successful completion of yet another School project> Its The 5th School for JPRT in 9 years of Tabling...

Tarun and Pushpendra had gone to witness the hawan and opening ceremony of the new school project at Achrol – Vatsalya Udyan.

Udyan is about two kms off NH8 just outside Achrol on the right hand side, as you are driving to Delhi from Jaipur. We had a pleasant early morning drive to the school where we reached by about 7:30 AM, half an hour late and pleasantly surprised to see the proceedings already on.
We were invited to participate in the hawan, which also had Jaimala Ji and her husband and their staff who are the people running the NGO, Megha who is the architect, all the kids, a WCE team that has worked here ( WCE goes to Udyan independently and they live on premises as they work there).
It was great toi see the kids, all bathed, fresh and eager so enthusiastic about the proceedings. Happy faces, eager spirits.

After the hawan we saw the building. One wing has been made till now with 5 classes, nicely built, open, airy, sunny and built around a till now kutccha chowk. The same chowk will be extended and more classes built on the other side of the existing building. Foundation work is already complete. The school aims to have 200 children, and facilities are being developed with this objective in mind.
After a group photo, we went on to the ‘ pratishtha’ of Saraswati ji’s murti, which was done, on behalf of JPRT by me. We have had issues of not being recognized or appreciated to the extent desired in some projects that we have done, there is not such possibility here. The school is well run, and they are grateful of our support.

This was followed by tree plantation, and we were amazed to see all trees being planted in the names of our cricket team, so 15 trees and all in the names of our players. Panditji, who planted the first, unsurprisingly chose to plant a mango tree that was christened TENDULKAR.

This was followed by a delicious poori, bhaji halwa breakfast and we did full justice to our meals.
Photographs, a few are enclosed and more to come on picasa.
Overall experience great, good fun. We should take our kids and families to this place and interact with the well mannered kids here. It will be our chicken soup for the tabling hearts!!
